We have released several important improvements to AI Chatbots across
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram,

to make conversations smarter, safer, and more reliable.
The AI now has access to the complete conversation history, including human agent replies, enabling it to respond with better context and accuracy.
We also improved GPT reasoning model tool calls and added extra security protection for internal function calls to help prevent prompt injection attempts.
Additionally, we added two new internal AI tools:
• Assign chats to the Unassigned Queue
• Auto-assign chats using Round Robin distribution
These improvements help automate chat routing and improve team workflow efficiency.

We have improved the contact creation experience inside WhautoChat.
You can now add important information, such as Contact Tags, Stage, Notes, and Custom Fields, while creating a new contact. There is no longer a need to create the contact first and then edit it afterward.
