🤖 AI Chatbot Improvements
We have released several important improvements to AI Chatbots across
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram,
and Live Chat
to make conversations smarter, safer, and more reliable.The AI now has access to the complete conversation history, including human agent replies, enabling it to respond with better context and accuracy.
We also improved GPT reasoning model tool calls and added extra security protection for internal function calls to help prevent prompt injection attempts.
Additionally, we added two new internal AI tools:
• Assign chats to the Unassigned Queue
• Auto-assign chats using Round Robin distribution
These improvements help automate chat routing and improve team workflow efficiency.

📄 Easier WhatsApp Template Management
Managing WhatsApp templates inside WhautoChat is now much simpler and more flexible.
Authentication Template Support
You can now create and send WhatsApp Authentication templates directly from WhautoChat.
Edit and Clone Templates
You can now edit existing WhatsApp templates without leaving the platform. We have also added template cloning, allowing you to duplicate existing templates and quickly reuse their structure or content instead of starting from scratch every time.
These improvements make template management much faster for growing teams.

👤 Create Contacts More Easily
We have improved the contact creation experience inside WhautoChat.
You can now add important information, such as Contact Tags, Stage, Notes, and Custom Fields, while creating a new contact. There is no longer a need to create the contact first and then edit it afterward.
This saves time and makes contact management much smoother.
