Request to add a reply functionality in the Team Inbox for Messenger chats. Currently, the Whautochat Team Inbox does not allow team members to send replies to specific messages in a contact within Messenger conversations like WhatsApp. Adding this option will enable and highlight specific message responses, improve communication efficiency, and ensure seamless conversation handling within the Team Inbox.
